Seniors in North County (San Diego) have a great way to loosen up their bones and meet a great bunch of people - join us in playing Senior Softball!

So who's a "Senior"?  We say kids as young as 55 qualify - and everyone is welcome - males and females.

The North County Senior Softball Recreational League is a recreational league so all skill levels are welcome

Don't worry that you haven't played in decades - most of us hadn't either, and safety is our first concern.  After all, we want to continue playing for a long time, like Al (age 90!)

We play in the mornings on fields thru-out the North County area - Carlsbad to San Marcos.  See our "When and Where We Play" page for more details.

If interested, check out our "Welcome Application Forms" page and come out any Monday morning at around 9:00 am to Lake Park in Oceanside and loosen up during a pick-up game, or drop us an email or give us a call - see our "Contact Us" page.
